The Sorelle family—specifically the brothers Luca and Luigi—farm their 38 hectares of vineyards using sustainable, organic practices. They are known as "artisan" producers committed to quality and tradition, utilizing native yeasts and extended lees contact to produce serious, complex expressions of the Glera grape that distinctly reflect their unique hilly terroir.
