Tasting Notes: The Costa Arente Amarone della Valpolicella is an Intense ruby red in color, tending towards garnet, dense and deep. The nose is immediately seductive, with immediate hints of dark cherry. The drying of the grapes then emerges with a note of cherries in alcohol which over time becomes ethereal, with spicy notes of black pepper, cinnamon and licorice. In the mouth it is full, velvety, with soft tannins, with a bright acidity that guarantees longevity. Excellent with game meats, seasoned and tasty cheeses, meat-based first courses.
