Tasting Notes: Beautiful golden yellow in color, brilliant and luminous. The nose is intense and complex, with notes of ripe fruit – Mediterranean and tropical – and dried flowers, barely touched by a subtle veil of vanilla. Apples, bananas, hazelnuts, genista and passionflower stand out. On the palate, it’s pure velvet, showing perfect balance of flavors, delicate aromatic qualities, endless persistence. Excellent with chickpea puree and sautéed octopus with rosemary.
