Tasting Notes: This wine, like many orange wines, is not only a taste but also a sensation, it is a mix of saltiness, sweetness, bitterness but also acidity, making this wine rich, meaty and also very tasty and flavorful. Fermentation and maceration for 7 months in terracotta amphorae with its own skins. The wine is then placed in cement for 7 months, to let it decant naturally and then bottled without sulphites.
